Settle ranks neighborhoods using live public data on crime, transit, cost of living, and everyday essentials. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, score, or recommendation Settle shows you. Nothing in the app is professional, legal, financial, or real estate advice — use your own judgment (and talk to a qualified professional) before making a moving or housing decision.

Acceptable use

Use Settle for its intended purpose — finding and exploring neighborhoods. Don't try to disrupt the service, scrape or resell our data, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Settle+ subscriptions

Settle+ ($4.99/month or $19.99/year) is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that removes ads, unlocks unlimited Explore place views, and opens full neighborhood reports. It's billed through your Apple or Google account, not by us directly.

• Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device's store account settings (App Store or Google Play subscriptions) — we can't cancel it for you.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we don't process refunds directly.

No accounts, device-local data

Settle doesn't have user accounts. Anything you save — favorites, notes, answers to our questions — stays on your device or in your browser; it's not tied to an identity we manage. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data Settle processes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Settle changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date above.
